The Russian technology company UmkaAdditech has introduced a suite of software solutions designed to automate engineering tasks and optimize industrial production processes. The company provides tools for numerical modeling, additive manufacturing, and material property management.
The product portfolio includes four proprietary systems: UmkaMaterials, UmkaSyntex, UmkaAnalytics, and UmkaAdditive. These platforms integrate CAD and CAE models with machine learning to streamline design cycles and improve manufacturing efficiency.
UmkaMaterials features a database of over 250,000 specifications, including metals, polymers, and ceramics, alongside Russian databases like Rusaeromaterial. It allows engineers to select materials based on physical, mechanical, and thermal properties to reduce product weight and costs.
UmkaSyntex utilizes generative engineering and AI to automate geometry generation and predict structural durability, including fatigue analysis. UmkaAnalytics automates the cleaning and standardization of raw data from CAE systems, preparing it for machine learning applications.
UmkaAdditive focuses on 3D printing by simulating SLM and SLS processes to identify thermal and mechanical defects before production begins. This approach aims to reduce manufacturing waste and improve the geometric accuracy of printed parts.
