Pipedrive has launched Nova, an artificial intelligence assistant designed to automate administrative tasks for sales teams. The tool provides representatives with deal history and context before calls, records meetings, generates transcripts, and suggests updates to CRM records.

Users retain control over the AI by reviewing, editing, and approving all proposed changes before they are finalized in the system. The assistant is available as a desktop application and integrates with Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.

The company cited research showing that 71% of professionals spend at least 10 minutes preparing for each call, while 47% report that follow-up tasks can take up to a full day. Only 23% of surveyed professionals trust AI to complete tasks without human oversight.

Snug Technology, an Australian real estate firm, piloted the tool. Currently, more than 73 000 property managers at the company use Nova to support over 1.5 million renters. The CEO of Snug noted that the tool saves up to an hour per meeting.
