EliseAI, a developer of AI-powered automation tools for the real estate and healthcare sectors, has secured $350 million in a new funding round. The investment was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer, with participation from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures, and Navitas Capital. Following this transaction, the company is now valued at $4 billion.

Founded in 2017, the startup provides a CRM platform for property managers that handles prospect data and marketing automation. Its real estate toolkit includes a Maintenance App for routing repair requests to technicians and an AI assistant named Apollo, which automates follow-ups and retrieves management data. The platform currently supports the management of over one in six U.S. apartments.

In the healthcare sector, EliseAI serves more than 3,500 organizations, ranging from small clinics to hospitals. Its software features a chatbot capable of processing up to 95% of inbound inquiries, scheduling appointments, and sending prescription reminders. The system also automates back-office tasks by syncing patient documents directly into electronic health record systems.

The company plans to utilize the newly raised capital to expand its automation feature set. Additionally, EliseAI intends to scale its workforce by hiring more engineers, software deployment specialists, and sales personnel to support its continued growth in these complex industries.
