Vinci4D Inc. has developed a software platform that integrates physics-based simulation with artificial intelligence. The company claims its tool operates up to 1,000 times faster than traditional simulation software while maintaining higher accuracy. This technology allows engineers to conduct simulations one day after a design change, compared to the previous two-week timeframe.

The startup, which exited stealth mode in December, focuses on automating high-fidelity meshing for complex geometries. Its software is designed to run on high-performance hardware, including AMD MI355x chips, to analyze printed circuit boards, chip packages, and 3D stacked integrated circuits.

Vinci recently secured $250 million in a Series B funding round, reaching a valuation of $1.5 billion. The investment was led by Advent, Temasek, and Xora, with participation from AMD Ventures. The company plans to continue collaborating within the hardware ecosystem to accelerate innovation cycles.
