North Cloud Holdings Inc. secured $60 million in a Series B funding round. The investment was led by PeakSpan Capital, with participation from Litquidity Ventures, Companyon Ventures, Alpaca, Gaingels, Uncommon Denominator, and Mana Ventures.
The startup plans to allocate the new capital toward developing its autonomous financial operations platform, expanding third-party integrations, and scaling marketing operations. The company focuses on helping businesses manage and predict cloud and AI infrastructure costs.
The North platform automates cost optimization and unifies spending data. Its TokenFlow feature integrates AI model usage, budgets, and compute costs with traditional cloud expenses. The system aims to identify infrastructure waste and improve compute efficiency.
The recently launched North v3 version supports Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud. It also provides native integrations for Snowflake, OpenAI, and Anthropic. Early adopters, including AssemblyAI, Atlan, Tines, SnapLogic, and Emplifi, have reportedly saved a combined $400 million.
To date, North.cloud manages just under $2 billion in cloud spending for its clients. The company positions its platform as an automated alternative to manual FinOps teams, designed to address cloud and AI infrastructure financial management as a business problem.
