Claimlane, a platform for managing aftersales product resolution, secured €5.6 million in a Series A funding round. The investment was led by Verb Ventures, with additional backing from Skagerak Capital and Vendep Capital.

The company provides a centralized system for brands and retailers to handle warranty claims, repairs, replacements, and refunds. Current clients include companies such as Skechers, Black Diamond, tonies, and Hummel.

The new capital will fund the development of AI agents designed to automate repetitive tasks and manage workflows based on specific product policies and supplier agreements. These agents aim to assist teams while keeping human oversight for complex decisions.

Claimlane also plans to use the funds to scale its operations in the United States, which has become its largest market for new customers this year. Additionally, the company intends to build industry-specific features for sectors like electronics and furniture.
