Yandex has released a new plugin for its Yandex 360 for Business suite, enabling the Alice AI assistant to integrate directly with 1C:Enterprise systems. The tool allows the AI to access and retrieve data from 1C databases, including documents, inventory balances, and various accounting reports, to answer user queries.
The official release of the plugin occurred in September 2026. Alongside the 1C integration, Yandex also launched similar plugins for other platforms, including Bitrix24. The company aims to address the growing demand for AI-connected business software and compete with international developers in this sector.
The plugin package available in the Yandex 360 for Business dashboard includes documentation, an administrative toolkit, and a setup guide. The integration utilizes token-based authentication to secure the connection between the Yandex AI infrastructure and the local 1C database environment.
As of September 24, 2026, the solution is designed to facilitate a direct interaction flow where the AI initiates requests to the 1C system to fetch specific information. Administrators are provided with a checklist to assist with the deployment and configuration of the plugin on their internal systems.
