Swordfish Security, a Russian developer and integrator specializing in secure software development and AI protection, has secured an investment from the Pre-IPO 2 Fund managed by VIM Investments. Advance Capital acted as the financial advisor, while Alumni Partners served as the legal counsel for the transaction.

The company provides expert consulting, including its proprietary Swordfish SAIMM framework, and a suite of DevSecOps and AI Security products developed by its subsidiary, AppSec Solutions. These products are registered with the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia.

In 2025, the group reported a 52% revenue increase, reaching 2.1 ₽ billion. This growth was driven by rising demand for AI security solutions. The company began researching AI security in 2024, ahead of the widespread adoption of such technologies in the Russian corporate sector.

According to Advance Capital, this transaction represents the largest private capital investment in a Russian cybersecurity operational company in the last 15 years. The new funding is intended to accelerate product development and support the company's scaling strategy.
