VK Tech has updated its VK Business Analytics platform, integrating new AI-driven features designed to optimize corporate workflows. The update introduces a multi-process graph, automated task labeling, and a context-aware AI assistant to streamline data analysis.

The multi-process graph within the Process Mining module visualizes connections between various corporate systems. It allows analysts to identify the root cause of operational bottlenecks by tracking how data flows across different departments and stages of a business process.

The Task Mining module now features AI-powered operation labeling. Instead of manual classification, algorithms identify repetitive action sequences, while a language model assigns descriptive names based on company-specific context. This generates actionable insights and technical specifications for automation.

A new AI assistant utilizes a context model built from Process and Task Mining data, capturing actual operational logic including non-standard steps. Analysts can query the system in natural language to receive responses in the form of text, charts, or dashboards to test hypotheses faster.

Andrey Chernenko, business leader of Business Applications at VK Tech, stated that the integration of AI aims to reduce manual data preparation and labeling. This transition is intended to shift the focus of analysts toward strategic decision-making and business transformation.
