The Russian Red Cross (RRC) has completed a project to enhance corporate data security in collaboration with Rostelecom and its subsidiary, Solar Group. The organization deployed the Solar Dozor DLP system to protect the personal information of its donors and beneficiaries.
The implementation of the security solution follows a series of cyberattacks on the RRC website in 2024. Previous security measures included the deployment of tools to mitigate DDoS attacks and ensure the stability of the organization's information resources.
Solar Group provided the RRC with a free license for the Solar Dozor platform as part of a charitable initiative. The system secures the central apparatus by protecting against external cyberattacks and preventing internal data leaks.
Solar Dozor is capable of processing traffic at speeds of up to 200 Gbit/s for corporate email and 600 Gbit/s for network traffic. The system operates in real-time, blocking potential leaks without disrupting the organization's business processes.
Between 2021 and 2025, the RRC provided assistance to over 8.6 million people and raised more than 10 ₽ billion in funding. Approximately one-third of these funds were sourced from state budgets.
