Production of toner cartridges for Katusha printers and multifunction devices has started in the Leningrad region. The company plans to manufacture at least 200,000 units in 2026–2027, with a target to increase output to 500,000 cartridges annually by 2028.

To support this production, the company developed a proprietary electronic control module, which includes Russian-made components and specialized software. Each cartridge requires over ten plastic parts, each produced using dedicated molds.

Katusha-Print, a subsidiary of the Katusha Group, manages the production. The company reported a 2025 revenue of 4.4 ₽ billion, a significant increase from 1.385 ₽ billion in 2024. Net profit for 2025 reached 1.1 ₽ billion.

The company is actively pursuing import substitution for its hardware. In October 2025, it began using printed circuit boards based on Russian-made fiberglass laminate. Additionally, Katusha produces high-voltage and power supply boards in partnership with NPO Digital Television Systems.
