ShareWillow, a platform for performance-based compensation in home service trades, has secured $8.5 million in a seed funding round. The investment brings the company's total funding to $12.3 million. Participants in the round included Lerer Hippeau, Circadian Ventures, Twelve Below, Charge Ventures, Notation Capital, Scott Belsky, Austin Rief, and Expa.

The platform integrates with field service management software such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and Jobber to calculate payouts and identify data discrepancies. AI agents manage these calculations, allowing technicians to view their earnings in real time via the ShareWillow app. The company reports that the average technician on its plan earns $1,334 more per month.

ShareWillow has experienced an 8x increase in revenue over the past 18 months. In September 2026, technicians earned over $2 million in performance pay through the platform. Currently, hundreds of businesses utilize the system to manage compensation for trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing.

The company plans to launch a new AI-driven product called Willow in early 2027. This tool is designed to brief technicians before service calls, provide ongoing coaching, and enable business owners to simulate pay plan adjustments against real-world job data before implementation.
