Crux Labs has officially launched its AI platform, securing over $6 million in a funding round. The investment was led by Benchstrength and Misneach, with additional backing from Analog Ventures and Pareto Holdings.

The platform aims to bridge the gap between AI agent performance and human expertise. By capturing expert judgment, the system allows enterprises to calibrate agent behavior across millions of daily interactions, moving beyond the traditional method of manual sampling.

Currently, the company reports adoption across high-growth startups and Fortune 500 firms. Its client base spans sectors such as healthcare, cybersecurity, and financial services, where complex industry requirements necessitate more precise AI oversight.

Co-founders Julie Kheyfets and Krishna Kulkarni emphasize that while engineering teams can build agents, enterprises often struggle to align these systems with the nuanced heuristics of human experts. Crux Labs intends to automate this alignment process.
