This appearance follows Huang's attendance at a state dinner hosted by President Trump for Chinese President Xi Jinping on September 24, where he was seated at the head table.
Nvidia has committed to investments totaling $500 billion, contingent upon favorable US policies regarding semiconductors and AI exports.
The company continues to navigate US export controls that limit chip sales to China. Nvidia develops modified chips to comply with these regulations while maintaining access to the Chinese market.
