Strategy CEO Phong Le has announced an ambitious long-term goal for the company to become the largest firm in the world. The executive aims to surpass major technology corporations such as Nvidia, Meta, and Google in both size and market influence.
As of late October 2026, the company holds more than 840,000 BTC, maintaining its position as the largest corporate owner of the cryptocurrency. During 2026, the firm accumulated approximately 175,000 BTC while selling about 7,000 BTC, resulting in a net purchase of 168,000 BTC for the year.
The company is currently developing a digital credit ecosystem valued at approximately $15 billion. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to integrate its legacy enterprise software business with capital market activities focused on Bitcoin.
Phong Le, who joined the firm in 2015 and became CEO in 2022, led the rebranding from MicroStrategy to Strategy. This change reflects the company's shift toward positioning itself as a central force for Bitcoin adoption and liquidity.
