Myasnytsky Ryad has implemented new quality control methods across its production facilities. The updated system now includes express testing at production sites, alongside laboratory analysis of packaging and transport containers. The company developed a dedicated web interface to record and track data from surface swabs and monitor performance trends.
The broader quality and safety system now monitors 37 distinct parameters. Current express control techniques include luminometric assessment of surface hygiene, water activity analysis in products, and laboratory verification of technological parameters. These methods allow for the detection of deviations during the production process rather than only at the final stage.
The company is currently developing an AI assistant to monitor sanitary compliance and establishing a central situation center to aggregate data from all channels. Over the past six months, the firm has standardized 18 additional business processes, bringing the total number of standardized and digitized processes to 414.
According to Ekaterina Rotar, head of the quality laboratory, the express control system enables faster detection of potential production deviations. This process is supported by digital traceability, which utilizes barcode scanning and batch accounting to track individual product units throughout the supply chain.
