The third version of the Verme WFM workforce management system has been officially registered in the Russian software registry under record number 35375, dated September 16, 2026. This inclusion allows organizations with mandatory domestic software requirements to adopt the platform.

Verme WFM utilizes machine learning to forecast workload based on sales data, marketing activities, and external factors like weather. The system calculates staffing needs per time interval and generates schedules that comply with labor laws, internal regulations, and employee preferences.

According to the developer, the platform improves frontline staff efficiency by 10–25 percent and reduces labor costs relative to revenue by up to 5 percent. Additionally, the software decreases the time spent on schedule creation by up to 80 percent.

The system includes a built-in calculator to determine whether shifts should be filled by full-time staff or external contractors. Managers can view forecasts and schedules, while employees can access their shifts, sign documents electronically, and pick up extra shifts via a dedicated exchange portal.
