Uley HRM has released the 'Generosity' update for its HR management system based on the Bitrix24 platform. The update introduces eight new modules and enhances existing tools, covering recruitment, personnel data, management workflows, training, and performance evaluation.
The release features an AI assistant, a choice of domestic, foreign, or locally deployed neural networks for AI functions, and an open REST API across 11 modules for custom application development. HRM Labs offers a one-month demo portal for testing purposes.
The recruitment module supports mass or individual hiring with AI-driven resume matching and analytics. The HR Core module consolidates personnel data from multiple 1C databases and legal entities, providing self-service options for employees to view pay slips and leave balances.
The management dashboard includes an AI-powered meeting assistant and a talent matrix for career development. Additionally, the 'Company Values' module facilitates peer-to-peer feedback, while the Corporate University allows for flexible training programs without predefined competency models.
The update also includes a 360-degree evaluation system, goal management with custom formulas, and a gamification module with detailed analytics. The team provides migration support for transferring existing courses, tests, and candidate history.
