MTS has completed the placement of series 003R-04 exchange-traded bonds, reaching a final volume of 30 ₽ billion. The bonds have a nominal value of 1,000 ₽ each, with a 30-day coupon period and a placement price set at 100% of the nominal value.

The book-building process took place on October 22, 2026. Strong investor demand led to significant oversubscription, allowing the company to triple the initial placement volume. The spread to the key rate was reduced to 1.45%. Technical placement is scheduled for October 27, 2026, on the Moscow Exchange.

The bonds are included in the first-level quotation list of the Moscow Exchange. Credit ratings from Expert RA, NCR, and ACRA are expected to be assigned. The issue was organized by BC Region and RSHB, with BC Region acting as the placement agent.

According to MTS, the proceeds from the bond issue will be used to refinance the company's current debt and reduce interest expenses. This marks the company's return to floating-rate bond issuance after a six-month hiatus.
