Russian CRM developer Moy Klass has introduced a built-in messenger called Moy Chat to streamline communication within educational centers. The tool allows staff, teachers, and students to interact directly inside the CRM environment, eliminating the need to use multiple third-party applications.
According to the company, administrators previously spent up to half of their workday managing communications across various platforms due to service instability and the need to duplicate messages. The new internal messenger aims to centralize these interactions within a single workspace.
The initial version of Moy Chat supports personal chats between teachers and students, internal staff communication, and group channels. Users can exchange text and voice messages, share media and files, edit content, and perform searches. The system also includes moderation tools and push notifications.
The messenger operates within a closed CRM loop, accessible only to registered users. Educational centers can configure roles and privacy settings to manage access to contacts and interactions. The feature is currently in beta, with staff chats available on all plans and student chats included in the PRO plan.
