MC-Bauchemie, a manufacturer of construction chemicals, has integrated its Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system with the HRlink electronic document management platform. The project was executed by Korus Consulting, a long-term IT partner of the company, to streamline internal document workflows without requiring significant changes to the existing IT infrastructure.
The implementation began with the automation of fixed asset transfers. Following this, the scope was expanded to include more complex business processes, such as contractor agreements, business travel documentation, and expense reports. The system now automatically prepares, converts, and optimizes files for signing.
As a result of the integration, the time required to submit expense reports has been reduced from several months to a few days. Employees can now sign documents remotely, while the accounting department can close reporting periods more efficiently. The project avoided the need for additional software licenses or major system overhauls.
