Wone IT has completed an automation project for Konti-Rus, a confectionery manufacturer with an annual turnover of approximately 20 ₽ billion. The initiative consolidated the budgeting processes of 18 departments into a single model built on the Optimacros platform, while maintaining the client's existing financial methodology.

Previously, the company relied on manual processes involving around 400 Excel sheets. Financial data collection and approval were conducted via email, which increased the risk of errors and delayed reporting. The new system automates data processing and allows for real-time updates across all linked indicators.

A key component of the project was the development of a flexible calculator for cost accounting and allocation. This tool enables the company to adjust distribution rules and perform rapid scenario modeling. According to Sergey Merzheevsky, head of the economic department at Konti-Rus, the system allows for forecast recalculations within 2–3 days.
