NLMK Group has completed the implementation of the Arenadata Harmony MDM system within its HR domain. The project, carried out by NLMK-IT in collaboration with the system integrator Navikon, aims to centralize personnel data management for the company's 15 enterprises and over 44,000 employees.
The new MDM solution serves as a unified hub for HR data, replacing the need for disparate data sources. The system includes over 80 designed directories covering employees, individuals, staff positions, and departments, providing a scalable structure for various digital HR services.
The implementation was conducted in two stages. Initially, the system was deployed within NLMK's infrastructure, integrating three HR services. The second stage involved refining the data model, access control, and quality monitoring, while connecting five additional consumer systems.
Currently, nine consumer systems are integrated into the MDM platform. NLMK-IT is continuing to connect further systems and is developing the business model using data quality enhancement tools. The platform utilizes low-code and self-service technologies for ongoing maintenance.
