Kastle secured $24 million in a Series A funding round led by Insight Partners. The company plans to use these funds to expand its engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, as well as to enhance its platform capabilities and accelerate deployments with financial institutions.

The platform developed by Kastle enables financial institutions to deploy specialized AI agents to manage high-volume, repeatable tasks. This approach allows human employees to focus on complex cases that require professional judgment, expertise, and interpersonal skills.

CEO and co-founder Rishi Choudhary stated that the technology allows institutions to integrate an AI workforce into existing legacy systems. This avoids the need for long and high-risk infrastructure migrations, enabling firms to utilize AI capabilities immediately.

In a separate development, industry experts noted that agentic AI can improve financial crime monitoring. Unlike traditional quality assurance methods that rely on case sampling, AI agents can perform audits on every single case, providing consistent and well-documented outputs.
