Milan-based AI startup JustSolve has secured €3.7 million in a pre-seed funding round. The investment was led by Base10 Partners, with participation from Entourage, 2100 Ventures, Vento Ventures, and Ithaca. The company founders also contributed as angel investors. Of the total, €3 million is equity, while the remaining amount consists of grant funding.
The platform uses AI agents to automate debt recovery processes, including voice, WhatsApp, email, and PEC communications. It manages tasks from initial reminders to legal action without human intervention. The startup has already processed over 2 million claims and currently handles approximately 1,000 interactions with debtors daily.
Current clients include buy-now-pay-later services, e-commerce firms, and utility providers like Scalapay. The company plans to use the new capital to expand its sales and product teams. Future growth strategies focus on targeting financial institutions, banks, and utility companies across Europe.
The global AI debt-collection market is estimated at $2.8 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach $11.4 billion by 2035. Founder Alberta Trombetta aims for the company to achieve €100 million in revenue and reach unicorn status, navigating competition from international players like InDebted and Rezolv.
