Industrial cybersecurity firm Indurex has secured €7 million in a funding round led by Contrarian Ventures. Axeleo Capital and Curiosity also participated in the investment. The company plans to use the capital to accelerate research and development and scale its commercial operations.
The startup provides cybersecurity solutions for cyber-physical systems, targeting critical infrastructure sectors such as energy, oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing, and data centers. Its platform, SafeGuard AI, integrates engineering data with security intelligence to monitor industrial control and safety systems.
By using AI agents, the platform detects anomalies and engineering deviations, offering actionable insights for incident response and regulatory compliance. The company aims to expand its presence from Europe and the Middle East into the United States and Asia-Pacific markets.
