Heidi Health Trading Pty Ltd. has secured $340 million in new funding to support its growth and expand the adoption of its AI agents in healthcare systems. The capital consists of a $100 million Series C round led by Blackbird, with participation from Phoenix Court, Point72 Private Investments, and Headline, alongside a $240 million growth investment from General Catalyst.

The Melbourne-based startup develops an AI Care Partner platform designed to assist clinicians. Key tools include Scribe, which automates medical records and patient history, and Evidence, a research assistant that has processed over 10 million queries since its March launch. The company also introduced a wearable device named Remote and a voice-to-text feature called Dictate.

The company reports a 62% enterprise activation rate across major health systems since its Series B round in October. Notable clients include Beth Israel Lahey Health in the United States and the National Health Service England Midlands in the United Kingdom, where Heidi was selected as the sole supplier for a major clinical AI procurement project.

According to a 2026 survey by the American Medical Association, 81% of physicians now use augmented artificial intelligence, a figure that has more than doubled since 2023. While clinicians value AI for reducing administrative burdens and supporting decisions, they remain cautious about the technology replacing human expertise in tasks requiring clinical judgment.
