Gazprom Neft has launched the annual Intelligence Cup case championship for undergraduate and graduate students from Russian universities. Participants must form teams of two to four people to solve three specific business challenges. The competition aims to foster collaboration and innovation while allowing the company to engage with potential future employees.

The first challenge involves designing an AI agent to analyze technical support requests, identify recurring issues, and automate data flow to product teams. Participants are expected to develop a conceptual framework and integrate it into existing workflows while assessing the potential impact of the solution.

The second task focuses on retail fuel data analytics. Teams will analyze driver behavior and customer sensitivity to changing conditions to create segmentation models and personalized communication strategies. The third case requires participants to rethink the company's ambassador program and propose initiatives for attracting new talent to offices and production sites.

Registration for the championship is open until October 29 on the official website cup-gpn.ru. The final stage of the competition will take place in person on November 26 in Saint Petersburg. Winners of the event will receive grant support and branded merchandise.
