Napoleon IT and GK Oktyabrskoye have completed a pilot project using AI agents on the GigaCowork platform to automate recruitment. The agents handled primary screening for 14 diverse job profiles, ranging from service engineers to managers, rather than focusing on mass hiring roles.
The solution integrates with existing HR tools, including Huntflow, HeadHunter, and Avito. Three AI agents were deployed to screen resumes, manage initial communication, answer candidate questions, and schedule interviews based on specific job requirements.
During the pilot, the agents conducted approximately 350 candidate surveys. This automation saved the HR team roughly 20 hours of work per week, allowing recruiters to focus on tasks requiring professional expertise and final decision-making.
GigaCowork is a corporate platform for managing AI agents developed by Salut dlya Biznesa, a subsidiary of Sber. Following the successful pilot, GK Oktyabrskoye is considering scaling this approach to further optimize its recruitment processes.
