Acis Technology, which services gas stations across 12 Russian regions, has migrated its maintenance and repair management to the 1C:TOIR platform. The project was implemented by the Pervy Bit integrator between June 2024 and December 2025 to replace a legacy foreign EAM system.

During industrial operation from August to December 2025, the new system improved request processing speed by 45%, reduced maintenance timelines by 25%, and decreased equipment downtime by 18%. The platform now integrates planning, analytics, and cost calculation into a unified digital environment.

The system features a custom multi-factor cost calculation engine and a mobile Android client for field engineers. The mobile app uses NFC tags on equipment to track arrival times, work duration, and labor costs, providing transparent reporting for clients such as Lukoil, Gazprom Neft, and Teboil.

The integration with 1C:Accounting ensures real-time synchronization of warehouse stocks and repair expenses. According to Acis Technology, the new architecture allows for connecting a new gas station in 4–6 hours and adding a new region to the system in under an hour.
