Creatio, a Boston-based developer of CRM and workflow automation platforms, is investing $300 million to expand its Bank.AI product. The funding will be deployed between 2026 and 2028. The company is financing the initiative entirely through its own resources, avoiding external capital raises or equity dilution.

The Bank.AI platform features autonomous agents categorized into three domains: Growth, Service, and Operations. Growth agents focus on customer acquisition and cross-selling, Service agents manage client interactions, and Operations agents handle back-office workflows. The company reports that its financial services vertical grew by 48% year-over-year.

The client list for Creatio in the financial sector includes Nasdaq, MetLife, CEC Bank, OTP Bank, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, Metro Bank, National Bank of Panama, and ESL Credit Union. CEO Katherine Kostereva stated that the company aims to integrate AI agents and human roles within banking workflows.

On September 17, Creatio launched the bank.ai industry hub as a resource for financial institutions. The company has scheduled a digital session for September 24 and an in-person Bank.AI Summit in Chicago for October 27.
