Ascon has released version 24.1 of its PLM solution, which includes updates to the Lotsman:PLM, Vertikal, and Polinom:MDM software products. The updated suite supports end-to-end engineering processes, including requirements management and the development of operational documentation.
The Lotsman:PLM system now features an automated visual editor for server reports, allowing users to build data selection algorithms without programming. Integration with Delta Design and Kompas-3D has been improved to synchronize printed circuit board structures with 3D models, ensuring data consistency.
The Vertikal CAD system for technological processes has been updated to support polymer composite materials. The new version allows technologists to manage the entire cycle of composite manufacturing, from selecting materials and equipment to defining molding modes and generating documentation.
The Polinom:MDM system now offers faster search capabilities through a new navigation path feature in its web interface. Users can narrow search areas to improve result accuracy. All version 24.1 products are compatible with Kompas-3D v25.
The software suite supports Russian database management systems, including Postgres Pro, Tantor, and Platform V Pangolin DB. Server components of Lotsman:PLM and Polinom:MDM are compatible with Astra Linux, Alt Server, and Red OS.
