Paris-based predictive customer experience platform Actionable has secured €8.6 million in a funding round led by Hi inov. Existing investor Axeleo Capital also participated in the round. The startup previously raised €2 million in a pre-seed round in September 2024.

Founded in 2024 by Nans Thomas and Nicolas Rieul, the company provides a platform that predicts customer satisfaction and churn risk. It processes data across sectors including retail, finance, insurance, transport, and energy. The system maps journeys for 117 million consumers.

The platform integrates raw data into a Common Customer Data Model to provide context for AI agents. Notable clients include Carrefour, SNCF, Engie, and Edenred. For instance, the rail brand OUIGO uses the tool to identify potentially dissatisfied passengers.

Actionable intends to allocate the new capital toward hiring staff in product, engineering, and sales departments. The company also plans to focus on international expansion, specifically targeting the US market and growing its network of reseller partners.
