Russia's ZNTC has completed a 130nm-capable lithography prototype, supported by $70 million in state funding, with commercial deployment expected no earlier than 2029.

Alfa-Siltech and ZNTC have received a 10-year patent for a durable UHF radio frequency tag capable of operating under extreme pressure and temperature conditions.

The Zelenograd Nanotechnology Center will deliver its first serial 350 nm lithography system to Rostec's Mapper in December 2026, with prices starting at 392 ₽ million.
