The assistant functions by breaking down complex, multi-step tasks into smaller operations. It creates specialized AI agents to gather information and interact with existing enterprise software, including CRM, accounting, and document management systems, while coordinating the entire workflow.
Alice AI Pro includes over 120 pre-built skills for various professional roles, such as finance, legal, and design. Users can also create custom skills without writing code and integrate external or internal services via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
The development of the platform involved pilot testing with corporate partners. For instance, Nornickel contributed to creating specific scenarios for document compliance, cost classification, and internal knowledge search.
