Yandex B2B Tech has launched Alisa AI Pro, a corporate AI assistant designed for sectors such as banking, retail, and manufacturing. The solution allows deployment on private infrastructure, enabling companies to select specific models and develop custom skills tailored to their internal operational requirements.
The assistant functions by coordinating teams of specialized AI agents to perform complex tasks across departments, including HR, legal, and accounting. Users can interact with the system using natural language, granting it access to corporate tools like CRM systems, email, and task trackers to automate workflows.
The platform currently offers over 120 pre-built skills for various professional roles and supports more than 20 plugins for external service integration. Companies can also connect internal or external services via the MCP protocol. Users can create custom skills without coding, and the ecosystem of plugins is expected to expand.
Alisa AI Pro is available through a subscription model via Yandex AI Studio. Nornickel has already tested the assistant, utilizing it for industrial scenarios such as document control, expense classification, and internal knowledge retrieval. These use cases are now being offered to other enterprise clients.
