XPENG has secured the top spot in the European USCALE EV Satisfaction Study for the second consecutive year. The company achieved an 82% recommendation rate, significantly outperforming the industry average of 53%.

The study surveyed over 4,000 customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland using the Net Promoter Score methodology. XPENG scored above average in categories including charging performance, range, and app integration.

Tesla ranked second in the study, while brands such as Opel, Fiat, and MG were identified as the lowest performers. Industry experts noted that XPENG’s NGP self-driving technology is now comparable to Tesla’s FSD system.

XPENG plans to launch its next-generation Navigation Guided Pilot in the European market next year. The company is focusing on global technology deployment, localizing manufacturing, and forming partnerships with firms like Volkswagen.
