VK Tech has officially launched a cloud-based version of its VK WorkSpace Projects platform. This SaaS offering allows businesses of all sizes to manage tasks, projects, and strategic initiatives without the need for on-premises infrastructure deployment.
The platform integrates project management tools with other VK WorkSpace services, such as Mail, Video Conferencing, Messenger, and Disk, all accessible via a single interface and user account. Administrators can manage access rights and settings through a unified control panel.
The toolset includes task tracking with Kanban boards, Gantt charts, and tables. It supports goal setting, performance tracking, and analytics for labor costs. A built-in knowledge base is provided for documentation, and the system supports data migration from third-party platforms like Jira.
According to Petr Shcheglov, head of productivity services at VK Tech, the cloud version is designed to make the platform more accessible to small and medium-sized enterprises that prefer SaaS models. Users can access personal workspaces for individual tasks or full versions for team collaboration.
