Wildberries has introduced a voice-to-text feature for product reviews within its mobile application. Users can now record their feedback by tapping the microphone icon, which triggers real-time speech recognition to transcribe the audio into text.
The system includes specific operational constraints for the new tool. Recording stops automatically after 15 seconds of silence, and users can manually end the session by pressing the microphone button again. Each review is limited to a maximum of 5000 characters.
Once the voice input is processed, the application allows users to review and edit the generated text before final submission. This update is designed to streamline the feedback process by eliminating the need for manual typing immediately after receiving an order.
