The 'Marketplace 15' software acts as a middleware connecting five key components for FBS (Fulfillment by Seller) operations: Ozon, Wildberries, mobile workstations, the 'Chestny Znak' labeling system, and 1C accounting software. This integration aims to optimize warehouse picking routes by allowing staff to collect items for multiple orders simultaneously using mobile terminals.
The system separates physical tasks from logical ones. Mobile terminals handle barcode and DataMatrix scanning, while the server-side handles communication with marketplaces and the labeling system. This architecture ensures that specific requirements, such as Ozon's shipment and cargo space management or Wildberries' supply-based order fulfillment, are processed correctly.
For labeled goods, the server must be configured with CryptoPro and a digital signature key to interact with the GIS MT system. The software operates in real-time, requiring a stable internet connection to exchange order statuses, labels, and marking codes with external platforms. Offline operation is not supported.
The platform offers two picking scenarios: direct order picking or a multi-order batch method using a temporary QR code for sorting. The latter reduces travel time between shelves and packing stations. Integration with 1C is scheduled for release in one week, further automating inventory and sales documentation.
