Stockholm-based startup Vessla has officially launched, securing $3.3 million in a pre-seed funding round. The investment was led by Seedcamp, with participation from Inception Fund, Tiny VC, and various angel investors, including operators from OpenAI and Lovable, as well as founders Lukas Saari and Fredrik Hjelm. The round was oversubscribed by more than two times.

Founded earlier this year, Vessla focuses on automating property management workflows. Its platform acts as an AI layer that integrates with existing software used by residential and commercial property owners. The system allows AI agents to retrieve data, apply operational rules, and execute tasks across different business systems, such as handling maintenance requests or managing invoices.

The company currently collaborates with several major property owners and operators in the Nordic region. According to CEO Orman Gazvini, the platform aims to scale AI operations across existing infrastructure while maintaining human oversight for critical decisions. CTO Kasper Janehag emphasized that the deployment relies on deep system integrations and strict operational boundaries for the AI agents.

Looking ahead, Vessla intends to expand its agentic operating system to cover leasing, building operations, and investment planning. The long-term objective is to enable AI agents to coordinate complex workflows, identify income growth opportunities, and reduce costs to improve overall asset performance.
