Stockholm-based startup Vessla has officially exited stealth mode, announcing a funding round of €2.94 million. The investment is backed by Seedcamp, with partner Felix Martinez highlighting the team's experience in deploying AI applications within enterprise environments as a key factor for industry interest.

The company aims to address inefficiencies in property management, where data is often fragmented across multiple disconnected systems. Vessla deploys AI agents that integrate with existing software to automate tasks such as maintenance requests, supplier coordination, and invoice tracking, while keeping human judgment for critical decisions.

Beyond individual task automation, Vessla is developing an operating system designed to manage entire property portfolios. This platform connects leasing, building operations, and investment planning, allowing property teams to set priorities while AI agents identify opportunities to increase rental income and reduce operating costs.

The startup was founded earlier this year by CEO Orman Gazvini, CTO Kasper Janehag, and Chief Scientist Arash Dabiri. The founding team brings experience from organizations including McKinsey, QuantumBlack, NASA, and Andon Labs. Vessla is currently collaborating with major commercial and residential property owners in the Nordic region.
