Stockholm-based startup Vessla has secured $3.3 million in a seed funding round. The company is developing an AI-powered operating system designed to automate property management tasks, including coordination between tenants, suppliers, and finance teams.
The platform functions as an AI layer that integrates with existing software used by property firms. It allows AI agents to gather data and execute tasks while adhering to company rules, leaving final decision-making to human staff.
Vessla aims to link leasing, building operations, and investment planning across entire portfolios. The founders, including Kasper Janehag and Orman Gazvini, bring experience from McKinsey, QuantumBlack, and Andon Labs.
The proptech sector is seeing significant investment, with AI-native companies raising approximately $4.5 billion in 2025. Vessla faces competition from firms like Uniti, which recently raised $12 million, and EliseAI, which secured $250 million.
