Tesla is showcasing its Cybercab robotaxi at the Paris Motor Show, which runs from October 12 to 18, 2026. The autonomous two-seater, designed without a steering wheel or pedals, will be displayed in Hall 7.1 at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

While the vehicle is on display, attendees will not be able to take rides. Tesla launched commercial paid rides for the Cybercab in Austin, Texas, in September 2026. Production of the model began at Gigafactory Texas earlier in 2026.

The company is also presenting its Optimus Gen 2 humanoid robot, the Model 3, the Model Y, and various Tesla Energy products. Visitors can test-drive six Tesla models equipped with the Full Self-Driving technology.

Tesla aims for a potential European rollout of the Cybercab as early as 2027. However, the company faces significant regulatory challenges in Europe, as the vehicle lacks manual override controls, which differs from current regional standards.

Following the announcement, Tesla stock rose by approximately 0.6%, with a 7% gain recorded over the preceding week. The shift in business model toward revenue per mile marks a strategic pivot for the company.
