The project addresses the current market environment where employers are increasingly cautious about hiring. According to T1, the cost of a recruitment error averages 30% of an employee's annual salary. The center provides companies with access to vetted candidates who have verified experience and clear career motivations.
T1 recruiters recommend specialists based on specific partner requests, while final hiring decisions remain with the companies and candidates. The program is also available to T1 employees, offering them competency assessments and guidance on resume preparation and interview processes to facilitate professional transitions.
