IT holding T1 has successfully deployed its Modus.Collection debt management solution at the Vietnam-Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB). This project marks the company's first entry into the Asian market. The platform integrates with the bank's existing core banking systems, CRM, and legacy infrastructure.
The implementation process took six months, which is twice as fast as the industry average. The system now manages data for over 5,000 clients and 5,000 loans. It supports Russian, English, and Vietnamese languages, while also complying with local data formats and risk management requirements.
Operational efficiency has improved significantly following the deployment. Debt collection volumes for the first quarter of 2026 increased by 42% compared to the same period in 2025. Furthermore, data processing time dropped by 70%, and the time required for management reporting decreased by 80%.
Automation has reduced manual tasks, including portfolio distribution, by up to 90%. The system handles between 200 and 500 messages daily during peak periods, leading to a 70% reduction in reminder calls for missed payments. T1 provided additional consulting services to optimize the bank's internal processes.
Evgeny Kosinenko, Deputy CEO at T1, stated that the company has gained valuable expertise in adapting its software for the Vietnamese market. This experience will serve as a foundation for scaling T1's solutions to other regional and international markets in the future.
