T-Technologies, which includes T-Bank, has expanded its IT hub in Innopolis. The company has operated in the city since 2017 and maintains a regional network of over 25 offices across Russia and Belarus.
The new office space features 240 workstations across two wings. One wing is dedicated to daily operations, while the other is designed for strategic sessions and collaborative work for teams visiting from other cities.
The facility includes a 70-person capacity meetup zone, meeting rooms, and recreational areas such as a gym and a library. The office also incorporates a coworking space for students from Innopolis University.
Since 2022, nearly 60% of the hub's interns have transitioned into full-time roles at T-Technologies. The company collaborates with local educational institutions, including the university, college, and lyceum.
