The new retail space is located at Ocean Centre in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. It features eight immersive zones designed for independent product testing. The store operates on a self-service model, eliminating the need for sales staff and allowing customers to explore the devices at their own pace.
Each station is equipped with an interactive mirror-display that syncs with the Rokid Glasses. The headset weighs 49 grams and supports features such as photography, teleprompting, translation, navigation, and AI-powered Q&A. Users can view navigation arrows, subtitles, and prompts directly on the lenses.
According to Counterpoint Research, Rokid held a 41% share of the global AI and AR glasses market in the first half of 2026. The company plans to scale this standardized self-service retail model, which includes automated screen guidance and robotic arm product retrieval, to other global commercial locations.
