UK-based proptech firm Supa has secured £21 million in a seed funding round. The investment was co-led by 2150 and OpenOcean, with additional backing from KOMPAS VC, Actia Capital Partners, and HEARTFELT. The package also includes a debt facility provided by a major UK lender.
Supa operates an AI-native platform designed to automate administrative tasks in residential block management. The technology handles functions such as repair scheduling, service charge reconciliation, safety compliance record-keeping, and contractor coordination. The company claims its tools can reduce administrative workloads by up to 90 per cent.
The business model involves acquiring local property management firms while retaining their original brand identities. Since its first two acquisitions in late 2025, the company has reported revenue growth exceeding 700 per cent. Supa currently oversees approximately 20 000 homes across seven acquired firms, including Lamberts in London, Hunters in Sussex, and FW Block Management in Hertfordshire.
CEO and co-founder Calum Brannan stated that the company aims to shift the focus of property managers from administrative queues back to direct building maintenance and resident communication. Supa plans to continue its expansion strategy through further acquisitions and ongoing development of its AI-powered operational platform.
