Solari Capital has officially exited stealth mode, announcing the launch of a $350 million fund. The firm plans to allocate this capital across three primary sectors: artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and Bitcoin.
Founder AJ Scaramucci introduced his investment thesis, which he terms programmable reality. According to this framework, advancements in computing power are transforming biology, physical matter, intelligence, and financial systems into programmable assets.
Within this strategy, Bitcoin serves as a hedge against monetary debasement. The fund also explores diverse asset classes, including robotics, embodied AI, and even unconventional markets such as dinosaur fossils and tokenized private shares.
The firm is also evaluating the future of initial public offerings through the lens of tokenization and is monitoring developments in open-source frontier AI labs. These focus areas reflect the fund's broader interest in exponential technologies.
